Brokers and agents have different needs
Let’s face it – so many of the coolest tools out there today are agent-centric, which is fantastic, because the overwhelming majority of real estate practitioners are agents, but this tends to leave out brokers who have a different set of needs when it comes to technology. In that spirit, Cloud CMA by W&R Studios has developed a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) tool specifically for brokers.
Cloud CMA is an online report generator for real estate professionals, allowing users to create custom CMAs, buyer tours, property reports and flyers. The new version adds a “Broker Dashboard” that tracks property reports alongside agent activity, so while the emphasis is on the listings, it also helps a broker to track what is going on with their teams.
