These rolls of moving tape make moving simple- no more clear tape and terrible handwriting with Sharpies, just close boxes with brightly colored and labeled tape!
Buying a variety of these rolls of tape and some pretty scissors, and wrapping them in a pretty box with a bow to give to your clients when they submit an offer.
What fun, especially for first home buyers (and people with OCD). If an agent gifted me with these (and I was a client), I’d actually be excited to pack! I love this idea, it HAS to have come from a design school student.

Great idea with the packing tape. Might as well make the moving process as much fun as possible.
Whoa, a 4 bedroom kit is $23.95 plus tax, shipping and handling. ouchy. I’ll bet Wal-Mart knocks this off before Summer.
I love that tape! In fact, when my husband & I downsized, I used it. Used the flimsy shipping tape to close the boxes, then used the U-Haul tape to mark the boxes. It was an eye-opener once I had packed out our kitchen to see how much stuff we accumulated!
