Social media use is now mainstream
When you wait in line at the store, what do you do? You whip out your phone to busy yourself. You’re on hold with your cable provider, what do you do? Whip out your phone to busy yourself. You’re riding the train to work in the morning, what do you do? You whip out your phone to busy yourself.
Our world has become highly connected, and while this is an amazing benefit to expanding our culture, knowledge, business, and so forth, it is also an addiction for many.

Not long, we bet. You’re not alone. It is said that workers are interrupted by technology every three minutes, and while we are all better connected, we are also highly distracted.
