This might be one of the most self explanatory products ever. Twileshare allows you to log in with Twitter, upload a file to their servers, then share it on Twitter as a link to the file. A quick tech tip we wanted to share is that since it gives you a link, it can be copied and pasted to be used on Facebook- cha ching!
We thought this would be really cool for Realtors who want to focus more energy on Twitter but don’t and won’t have a blog. A growing number of agents are opting out of blogging as it is time consuming but are finding leads with Facebook and Twitter.
Some ideas for items to share if you are in a hurry or don’t blog but do use social networks:
- Sharing PDFs of local economic outlooks produced by the city.
- Pictures of your listings, office mates or neighborhood.
- Mocking up a standard contract on Word with your own translation of complex terms, making it easier for consumers to understand.
- If you’re emailed a great infographic and want to share it directly to your networks, this would be a way to do that.
There are endless options as to how you can use this tool, but of course, remember that if you put it in public, guess who can see it? The public. So don’t Twileshare any personal documents, client information, legal data or otherwise that you wouldn’t paste on a billboard!
