One of the core competencies and components of (real estate) blogging is commenting on other blogs – it’s a way to build community, credibility and reputation. I have used co.mments.com for a couple of years now and am tracking 910 conversations. While I haven’t commented on all of these blogs, I do depend on following the conversations in perpetuity. You never know when an insightful comment is going to come about, and it’s wildly useful to know what is being said on competing real estate blogs; not every blog offers a comments feed.
It’s easy.
1 – Sign up for an account.
2 – Subscribe to your comment feed.
3 – Drag the bookmarklet to your menubar.
4 – When you comment or see a conversation you want to follow, click the bookmarklet.
5 – Follow the conversation in your preferred RSS reader.

Thanks to mashable, these are five services that track comments.

Thanks to you mentioning this once before (I forget where) I found co.mments. It proved very valuable to me during the RSS Blackout. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the reminder Jim & good to see that people are using co.mments. Through the SF tech scene, I know Assaf, the man who created co.mments and he’s a dynamite guy as well.
Everybody use co.mments!!!
I was wondering who owned that van in the parking lot at VAR!
