I think this is gonna work for a lot of agents, etc. The interface seems so much more elegant than wordpress. I'm using SquareSpace.com for a new project (used WP for everything we've done in the last few years). One of the cool features is the way they deal with community building and levels-of-membership. I've seen that system mainly with hosting providers and it can be really great or just a disaster.
