Real estate CRM developed using HTML5 – now in open beta

New CRM released for HTML5

TopProducer.com has just announced its HTML5 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) cloud-based web application is now in beta. One of the biggest challenges in the world of modern business is selecting software and hardware that are compatible and many offices are being forced to use Apple and PC products so they can effectively make use of tools their industry requires. According to Top Producer, their users “typically manage 1,890 contacts, have six active listings and 47 closings valued on average at 12 million dollars annually.”

Real estate is a particularly daunting industry as various MLS providers are just now becoming compliant with Firefox and Chrome, much less graduating to modern standards that dictate products function on an iPad just as well as an Android smartphone or Gateway desktop computer. HTML5 is becoming known as THE coding language for software and web application developers to use because it is flexible, fast, and compatible with desktops, tablets, laptops and smartphones independent of their manufacturer.

Agents just need apps to work on any device

Real estate is one of the most mobile industries in the world, with agents constantly running from one appointment to the next, relying more and more on their smartphones and tablets as the center of their business. Steve Berkowitz, chief executive officer of Move, Inc, operator of Top Producer said, “We designed the Top Producer HTML5 web-app to be a simple, fast and easy-to-use CRM solution that travels everywhere with our agents. Now they won’t miss out on important opportunities, which we believe is vital in today’s environment.”

The new CRM from Top Producer features “Contextual Coaching” which delivers automatic follow up reminders along with tips, swipe navigation to expedite your work flow, and the CRM offers contact management, analysis of the contact “pipeline,” with prompts to reach out or follow up. The system tracks when and how a contact has interacted with communication from an agent, and features modern calendaring and when a call ends with a client, action items surface to remind agents to take actions such as set up an appointment or record notes.

Errol Samuelson, chief revenue officer at Move, Inc. calls it “real estate’s first HTML5 CRM solution,” and adds “we’ll continue to work with our Beta users and take their feedback to further develop and refine the product. By taking this collaborative approach to development, we expect this new Top Producer HTML5 solution will deliver on our commitment of making our agents lives easier and more efficient, while helping them grow their businesses.”
