Is Nude a Disclosure Issue?
My Listing Specialist, Bill sent me an email with the following question:
Sir,
Please advise whether our seller needs to disclose naked neighbors in his SPDS (Seller Property Disclosure Statement). See attached examples.

My answer was yes. You will need to do a bit of scrolling but for those who would like to see all three original photos – full size with no editing.
