It is a shame that realtors nor consumers understand this game that is being played online. As for realtor.com, they're harmless, I personally know my bill this next year will jump but in the past they've always worked with us on pricing- its a cost of doing business I'm willing to pay, because it works. But I wouldn't pay 14k as Russ pointed out, I'd have to go 'tech' (aka postal) on'em.
