This just in- Realtor stocks up! Several factors are playing into this sharp upswing in Realtor trading:
- Market volatility
- Subprime fears
- Shrinking profit margins
- Inventory swelling
- Segmented Buyers
- Increased pressure from buyers on sellers to give up more profit
After a good 6 month run of the bad mouthing from competing alternative business approaches to real estate all around the blog0verse it seems it has backfired. With new ways of marketing homes using various forms of online listing options, sellers have been left overwhelmed with those same options. Sellers unclear if in fact they’ve put their real estate in all the right places are left with the phone not ringing and that nifty web2.0 sign in their yard, dazed and confused. This has created a demand for Realtors with proven abilities, solutions, that provide results. It appears that the more than 100 years of Realtor beta testing still proves to be the most effective approach to selling your home.

Good to know Realtor Stock is on the rise! Thank God for the techs dressing up in Daddy’s Dress Shoes, trying to play Realtor, oversaturating the market with choices and REVALIDATING why a GOOD Realtor is not just necessary but critical to guide buyers and sellers through this sea of mass confusion.
