Mark Eckenrode- Guerrilla Marketing Pro Joins AG

Guerrilla Marketing?
Don’t let the word “guerrilla” fool you, some in the industry have used the term to mean aggressive, in-your-face marketing but the original philosophy is from the 1984 book “Guerrilla Marketing” by Jay Conrad Levinson which launched the unconventional marketing strategies that didn’t rely on a big budget rather on imagination and Levinson’s theory is that small businesses are at an advantage for guerrilla marketing. You know, small businesses like the more than 1 million independent real estate agents across the nation.
Expert Joins the Ranks
Nationally known guerrilla marketing expert, Mark Eckenrode is now a part of the Agent Genius group and we are very enthusiastic about his joining AG and thoroughly enjoy his writing at HomeStomper.com. He is a well respected real estate marketing coach with a rare ability to keep an accurate pulse of technology and consumers’ demands.
Mark’s specialties include “web traffic conversion, FAME(tm) website audits, internet marketing, website analytics, website usability, Guerrilla Marketing, persuasion and influence, referral system development, networking coach and training, branding and identity, direct marketing … and a sharp wit.”

Slowly but surely, Phoenix bloggers will conquer the universe.
Excellent addition. Welcome aboard Mark!
heh he’s a transplant
Transplant or not, Mark is in Phoenix NOW. So Jay Thompson is right – Phoenix Bloggers (both words should now be capitalized) will conquer the universe.
Welcome Mark!
I think Jay is right – Phoenix Agents are taking over the interwebs
Welcome Mark- another Phoenician -fabulous!!
“heh he’s a transplant”
98% of the people living here are. The wife is a native. I can’t tell you how many times people say, “You were actually BORN here?!” (And yeah, I know I’m leaving myself wide-open for some smart a$$ to say “that because most people have enough sense to move away!”)
Now we know the real reason you added Jack. You’re just trying to keep Austin in the running for most mentions in the sidebar.
Awesome! Welcome aboard Mark!
Cheers,
MP
Solid!
Agent Genius and Mark Eckenrode go together like Morning and sunshine. Congratulations!

Looking forward to your posts and the opportunity to examine methods that I haven’t considered or may have previously discarded.
Great Addition!
ya folks rock like an 80s hair band, and that’s pretty rockin. much thanks. i truly appreciate the kind words and the warm welcome.
now, in regards to PHX… i love it here but as i type this i’m using my blackberry because i happen to live in a remote part of phoenix and a lovely microstorm has left me netless for the past day. ugh. but the cool thing is, yes we’re a major city but still have those isolated pockets (like mine) which allows for a lot of different perspectives when it comes to things… much like agentgenius
thanks again, and i’m looking forward to the discussions.
Another out-of-the-ballpark addition. Great choice! Mark’s session at REBarcamp should be required reading for all marketers.
STAND AND DELIVER !
