Driving a Jeep Wrangler while listening to the blues makes me cool. Hanging with the RE techie crowd makes me smart. Since I’m vacationing at the beach this week instead of attending Inman or RE Bar Camp, I’ll be following the tweets. That is, if Twitter can handle it!

Brad; The best part of any meeting is the people – that being said some chocolate from Sf owuld not be a bad consolation. Anyone who isn’t there is a loss to all of us – we ALL want to hang out together – so maybe VAR’s next party in Baltimore ? Or NAR in Orlando -
