		<description>we do not have it that bad if the media would leave us alone.  It is not like no one in America is buying houses the media is simply trying to scare them in to not buying.  As long as oil remains high the cost of building will remain high.  I do not understand how house values can fall much more. Maybe the public is beginning to see this.</description>
