Some people like making snap decisions and encourage others to do so, as well.  Sometimes they are right.  I find I make my best decisions when I can weigh all the facts: when I can weigh all the facts and take the time to strip off any sales pitch or somebody else’s evaluation of the relative importance of the data.  When I can make sure I have my facts straight.  It doesn’t have to take a long time.  I just find it is better when I can look over all possible options and alternatives.  When I am not rushed.
