My concerns have been with NAR's representation of Realtors (all being the same) and the commercials re the market. I think we need rules and guidelines otherwise the whole industry would be out of control. NAR needs to create some real guidelines that potential licensees have to conform to other than being 18 and a US citizen. We're responsible for the greatest event in a person's life and their biggest asset and the only thing we have to do before starting is - well, nothing, really.
