I was getting spam comments on my blog pretty regularly, which I had to go through and delete. Since I installed this about 2 months ago, I haven't had to do that. My stats tell me that it has blocked over 20,000 comments...and I know my readership isn't THAT big. It has saved me a lot of frusteration.
