Yep. That's a fine piece of F*#*ing Work. You know, "You can't can't attract any more powerfully than you repel". I believe this attracts and repels like polarized super magnets. It's also said that when/to create something compelling, evocative and passion worthy, "You have to choose who to lose", "damn the torpedos", etc.

Thanks for sharing the wild side. Change isn't F*#@ing easy my friends.

The use of the word here is valid as it sums a larger trend and point. It may be lost on some, but I assure you that it is not lost on the target being discussed in the slideshow.

To water it down to please the senses removes the irritation being felt by many to change- not just in real estate but all industry in regards to relating with a wired audience.

When you're alone, check out this product and the marketing behind it, if you're offended, I'm sorry, but it demonstrates what I'm talking about.

I thought I was watching the trailer for "Pulp Fiction"....is it possible to get a 'G' rated version?

Nonetheless, some excellent points. Thanks, Lani!

I agree the "F" word may be overused, but it does a good job of grabbing attention and proclaiming attitude on the subject.

I am cautious to watch the video, as I don't wish to loose my religion....

I know what Social Media is, what's a "Frick?"

Except for the overuse of the "F" word, the presentation is all the evidence one needs to jump on the train. My own son (26) will answer me by text more quickly than he will return a phone call. And you better believe, he has many more online friends than the stated 50 something.

And, yes, they value their friends opinions. Because of Social Media - they stay in contact with their friends. Their generation will provide a referral based business we should all be able to communicate with.

Yes, yes, yes...Slide 39...We are soon reaching a tipping point where the majority of our clients are going to be tech savvy, and a very small minority are not. I've been having that conversation with anyone that doesn't understand why I structure my business the way I do! And I agree totally with the switch from "interruption marketing" (commercials, etc) to "relationship marketing" and social media (Seth Godin's terms for it, I think).

I liked slides 66-69. You have to create motivation for people to check out your blog and interact with you. And if you decide to take a controversial position regarding a particular topic - you better be prepared to back it up. Blogging doesn't give you a dramatic license to spin the truth.
