Scientists have proven the following:

In an era of a terrifying economy and a feeling of general discontent with friends, neighbors or even yourself losing their homes, hiding their cars, cancer diagnoses, failing businesses and overall hurt, it can be tough to operate normally whether you’re an agent or a home seller.

Scientists have proven a simple method, however of the least expensive, fastest, and most effective means of building lasting relationships with your clients and the formula is below (we encourage you to print it out and put it on your wall or in your wallet):

When a client is dragging their feet, remember it may have nothing to do with you or whether they value what your commission is worth- perhaps there is a possible divorce that you don’t know about, or a health diagnosis that has hampered life or maybe just a tough time making ends meet. When you feel the rising frustration of a complicated deal and the lender is being a jerk, work on that relationship too by keeping them in mind and what goes on behind the scenes of their lives. Remember, it’s the WE that makes a relationship work, no matter how simple or professional the relationship is- this isn’t just about marriage, y’all!

This simple tip seems to be common sense, but our world is so discombobulated and turbulent right now that this simple tip would go a long long way to change that! Tell us in comments about a time recently that someone put YOU first and what impact that had on you.

Going through life with the win-win mentallity/attitude can be so infectious. When you have an attitude of helping others people naturally want to help you. Be Authentic, look for opportunities to serve others and keep it going. Change the world one relationship at a time. Together “WE” can make a difference.
