  5. Todd says:

Why does Microsoft’s email program top a list of agent “customer relationship management tools” that doesn’t include the address book in an agent’s mobile phone?

Also, why was Gmail excluded ( as well as the mobile phone Gmail )?

  6. Benn Rosales says:

Hi Todd, thanks for that quote, however, you’ll note I didn’t say top 10, I simply said 10- this was simply a snapshot, as I mentioned. These posts are long lived and commented, the list will grow dynamically.

And not that I care much for microsoft and would never take up arms to defend it, Treo is the ekey phone that most of us use and it does sync with microsoft outlook making it very popular among agents, myself included.

Simply a list and in no particular order.

As for gmail, it’s an option out of thousands, thanks for suggesting it.

  7. Bill Treat says:

Another good real estate CRM is Salesnexus (www.salesnexus.com). They have a good custom setup made just for the real estate market.

  8. You are still forgetting one extremely spectacular Real Estate specific CRM…

    ;-)

  9. You may want to look at RealtyJuggler. Its real estate CRM software for agents is pretty darn inexpensive.
