Too many trainers tell agents to only concentrate on the A client but forget that the others will most likely buy or sell at some point. If you are the only one following up in six months or even years later you are the automatic shoe-in. Another point is that if an agent has any desire to sell their "Book of Business" then these older leads are essential. Missy, Your right on.
