There's just so much good stuff out there! When I do get in there to check stuff out, my favs include some already mentioned: Problogger, FBS, Better Homes & Gardens and AG. 5. Ungated, the Community Associations Institute blog 9. The Simple Dollar 10. Janet's Positively Divine Insights -helps me focus the right way.
