WOW!!! I own a landscaping company and I find it hard to believe that whoever took the pic of the landscaping design was sober or even sane. Did they really put it on the MLS or was this just a pic that someone found and submitted it to you? If it was really on the MLS, I want to know what they were thinking posting this. LOL…

I’ve got it! The round stones are going down to the deck. To the right, the ground is further going down because it’s dropping lower than the deck. Therefore, the RR tie and those stones are providing a “terraced” retaining wall.

Yeah, that’s the ticket.
