Thank you everyone for your birthday wishes – both here and elsewhere on the ‘net! I spent my day training new agents, napping and eating (I WISH it was @ the “grirr”). It was nice and peaceful … OH! And we wrote a contract on a $400k home that is offering 10% co-op … THAT was nice, too.
P.S. … I also share my birthday with Axyl Rose and Zsa Zsa Gabor …
