The holiday season is quickly approaching, and I know how hard it is to come up with great ideas for the real estate agents in your life. It is always a roll of the dice when a real estate agent goes to meet with a prospective client, lender, business 2 Business group or even while simply standing in line at Starbucks. You never know when they will need an escape plan for that awkward moment when they can’t seem to get away.
Because it is not a good idea to have a real estate agent armed with REAL ammo … not in THIS market.

I’m really torn between the toaster and the iPhone. Of course, I don’t eat much toast, but it is Darth Vader toast. Made me think of the Eddie Izzard sketch about the Death Star as well…and that always makes me laugh.
