Gift Ideas for the Real Estate Agent in Your Life

The holiday season is quickly approaching, and I know how hard it is to come up with great ideas for the real estate agents in your life. So, I have developed a list of great gift ideas for real estate agents. Now, if you ARE an agent, feel free to just print out this list and give it to your loved ones.

Top 6 Gift Ideas for Real Estate Agents

#6: An iPhone

Every real estate agent, deep down in their heart of hearts, wants an iPhone. Even the ones who already have one would like a NEW one … or ANOTHER one. How cool would THAT be? 2 iPhones?!

#5: Fake Call Software

It is always a roll of the dice when a real estate agent goes to meet with a prospective client, lender, business 2 Business group or even while simply standing in line at Starbucks. You never know when they will need an escape plan for that awkward moment when they can’t seem to get away.

#4: Fog Ring Blaster Gun

Because it is not a good idea to have a real estate agent armed with REAL ammo … not in THIS market.

#1: A Client

The number one gift that you can give the real estate agent in your life is a living and breathing buyer-client who has 20% down, great credit and reasonable expectations regarding what to offer on a property and wants to only look at 5 homes and close in 30 days.

I hope that this list helps YOU when it comes to finding that “perfect something” for the real estate agent in your life.

Benn – No kidding. That toaster rawks!

Elaine – “The New Zero Blaster launches 2 to 4 inch diameter non-toxic fog rings that sail up to twelve feet. Easy to use, it is a great stress buster and with practice you’ll be able to create bigger and better rings.”

I’m really torn between the toaster and the iPhone. Of course, I don’t eat much toast, but it is Darth Vader toast. Made me think of the Eddie Izzard sketch about the Death Star as well…and that always makes me laugh.

Matt – Eddie Izzard KILLS me. I almost forgot about that one.
