What Would YOU Use it For?

A new startup has been hatched called Zendesk, designed for IT help desk ticketing solutions. After watching the video, I can’t help but to think this could be *awesome* for property management purposes. The problem I’m having is that I feel that there is a bigger real estate application for this that I’m missing, so watch the video and tell me what you would use Zendesk for?
Definition of SLA: service level agreement. You’ll need it for the video.

Queen Lani;
I really like it. I wish I had seen this before I spent a small bucket of money for software that had work orders. Looks like it might be good for small property managers trying not to spend those small buckets. I would have to play with it to find out.
Where do you find this stuff?
I wear a foil hat and things come to me. Also, I use an overloaded Google RSS Feed Reader.
I still feel like I’m missing something really obvious here….
How about managing clients, listings, showings, marketing plans?
I’m going to down load it to take a closer look.

How about this? You run an ad in the newspaper. It says: “Did you even wonder why information doesn’t just flow to you through your foil hat? If it doesn’t happen to do that for you, and you’re tired of clicking about one hundred searches on Google to find the information you want about real estate, then OH MY….THIS IS SIMPLE!! is for you.”
You would use the ticketing and categorizing features to create a virtual Trulia Voices, only much, much better, and much, much more vertically oriented toward your specific market.
Each day you would add content, really good content, via tickets of info, and create a virtual library of information about everything real estate, community, educational, etc. This site would be like the TV show you, Lani, are too young to remember, “Watch Mr. Wizard.” In that show he mesmorized everyone, old and young, with his straightforward and simple explanations of complex questions. Imagine doing the same thing for all your clients vis a vis real estate!
By the way, this would be much, much better than Trulia Voices in that you would control the content, keeping it at a very high level, on point with your philosophy and expertise, and you would utilize this software to build an edifice of knowledge so robust that your site would be THE place to be.
Okay, my tin foil hat just got ripped off by the lender here at the office. They’re using it to wrap and roast a small pork-like object. So, until I am connected once again to the foiled world that vibrates around us, I bid adieu.
I can’t see past the potential for property management. The ability to let the tenant serve themselves would save a ton of time as 99% of daily phone calls are for the same items.
Would be interesting to see what other ideas people come up with.
