The Theme Concept
From the clip and taking in the clean space of the page you can see the large robust fonts, brilliant spacing and padding that allows your eye to travel comfortably across the page. We’ve also put together a fresh take on the traditional news flavor of blues and grays that give the content a serious but still comfortable palette in which to read from.
What’s Going on at Agent Genius?
Over the past 5 months agentgenius.com has grown, not only in the talent of the writers and contribution of our readers, but also in traffic to the point that I received a call from our service providers last week informing us that we were on borrowed time.
After some serious review of the cpu usage, and traffic at peak ours it was decided that moving to our own servers was more than necessary- and will happen in the coming days.
With this in mind, as well as the need to provide our writers with the boldest platform possible in which to promote their talents I decided to move ahead the completion of the custom digs you’re reading from now. Our theme we used previously (although beautiful in concept in the early days) was great, it simply didn’t allow us the ability to grow- we were busting out of the seams.
So here we are…
This agentgenius theme created by elite by design allows us to grow and expand. Using the ‘box’ CMS functionality we’re able to add and remove features, promote people, events, and other hot items as we see fit without the tubular approach most blogs take on. We’re also are elated with our new brand. The new logo keeps in tact the now famous running man that has become synonymous with our ever changing real estate environment and continues to challenge our colleagues and peers to continue to always expand their box.
The new theme, brand, and servers are my gift to our writers and our commentators here at agentgenius.com- Our many thanks to all of you for the explosive success of Agent Genius – it doesn’t happen by luck, it happens because of you…

Where Agent Genius Goes From Here
Besides the fantastic writing that already takes place here at agentgenius.com, the sheer volume of events taking place over the next 4-6 months gives us a fantastic opportunity to break in the new brand and theme as well as the opportunity of testing out and exploring the potential of many new social tools in order to bring you coverage of mega-events ‘real time.’
