Free Virtual Tours on RealSpaceTours
Tech Tool for Realtors
In an economy where startups are in a rush to monetize, we’ve found one that has done the opposite- I learned today that RealSpaceTours (a “virtual tour” service that takes still images of your listings and turns them into a moving video) is completely free.
I think it’s rather basic in comparison to some paid virtual tour options, but in some economies, this might help some agents to diversify their service level offerings. For example, this might be a really good option for flat fee or multi-tiered a la carte service offering.
Free platform, super simple
RealSpaceTours is a young company and founder Andrew Olson and I have been talking about his service for a while now, and it’s worth checking out. Olson said, “RealSpace Tours was developed to provide real estate professionals with an easy to use and completely free way to create an online presence for their listings. With our free platform, users can create 4-page virtual tour websites for all their listings in seconds, promote their tours, track stats and capture leads from buyers – all without paying a dime.”
It took me about five minutes to set up a free account and a simple tour (click here to see what I did), so if you’re saying online marketing is too expensive or that you’re not technically inclined, you’re now out of excuses for putting together a quick image tour.

There HAS to be a “catch”. May I ask, what is it?
Thanks
Very very nice!!!
I agree with Jim, there’s got to be a catch. A way for RealSpace to generate income. Reading through the “Terms of Service” I couldn’t detect anything outlandish. The “Privacy Policy” link was not activated however. I’m wondering what happens to my registration information once I’ve provided it.
Hi Jim, David. This is Andrew, the founder of RealSpace Tours.
Actually, there is no catch. As far as generating income, sure, we may offer additional paid products or services through RealSpace Tours down the road; but as far as the core service we’re offering today is concerned, it’s free and it will continue to be free.
At this point, I’m just excited to be offering our main tour platform at no cost. I think it will help a lot of agents cut expenses and create a great online presence for their listings.
P.S. The privacy policy you’re speaking of is active through a link in the footer on all pages. We certainly do not share or sell your information
Thanks!
-Andrew
David…The privacy policy link is now active, they state they will not share or sell any personal info.
Andrew…So far, I like wat I see…However, 2 things:
1.) I can’t get the ‘create tour page’ to load…could be user error, but I wasn’t happy clicking’ and have been waiting for it to load for about 20 min. now.
also…
2.) It may seem ticky-tack, but just for you guys I would suggest this: In the ‘Account Info’ bubble located in the top left corner and containing my personal avatar, my info shows up below the blue box (the available space) and is cut off by the page body. A minor error, but an error nonetheless.
If i can get your ‘create’ to work, I would venture to say you guys have some value here. Nice job, thanks for the tip Ms. Rosales..
Edit to above: …’Account Info’ bubble located in the top Right corner…
Austin, thank you for the comments! I sent you an email to get those issues working for you.
Wow, Free, doesn’t get much better than that, the tour on Benns listing looks great.
I am sure it will be great for many agents.
Of course I am a little prejudice to my real estate shows. But, I will pass this along for sure.
I’m happy with my Real Estate Shows too and the quality seems to be superior – in addition, you can syndicate to your MLS, other major platforms, can embed and brand.
Free is not always better in my book
I’ve been saving this post since I first saw it, and I finally signed up for Real Space Tours.
Since I’m planning to have a fully functional single property website through vflyers, I don’t really need much through my virtual tour provider other than the virtual tour.
In the few minutes that I played with it after setting up my first tour, my only complaint is that the tracking doesn’t include my own clicks. So, in the process of checking out the branded & unbranded versions, it is registering 21 clicks just from me! It seems like it would be easy to exclude the account owner when signed in.
Thanks Lani for pointing this one out!
