You are right, leaving a big National Name is never easy and most people don't even know what their independent contractor agreement reads and what the repercussions can be. Matt - just checked out diamond dwellings and you definitely have a cool concept going on there. I've always had clear objectives in my mind and we are now working on making those a reality - nice to know that there are similar minds in the blogosphere.
