We have a new President, his name is Barrack Obama – Hope, Change and “Yes We Will” whisper sweet possibilities and hot prospects.
Fresh smiles spawn fresh smiles. TV talking heads flirt – master plans unfurl, approving nods encourage and embolden. Perked ears lean-in as eager whispers are shared, repeated and repeated again. Resistance softens. Pent up desires past-frozen, melt up. Pulse and pace quicken.
Possibilities twinkle like safe glitter.
Foreplay – Dirty Dancing
Sparked imaginations invite. Seductive interest rates entice and encourage. Breadth of selection pleases and teases. Prone prices lure and assure. Curiosity and Want spur probing conversations with attractive agents. Questions are asked, answers shared, relationships deepen, commitment thickens. Economic stimulus lubricates friction free consequence and dirty dancing explodes.
Fun Flames
Wild low rates, begging prices, lubricating stimulus, firm confidence, urgent timing, pent-up desires released and wide open opportunity forward inevitable action. Fun moves from flickering candle light to romance to licking orange flames to rebound….and for some, a Marlborough, filtered of course.
