Geeks and nerds
Having a strong bias because most of us at AGBeat are geeks and believe geeks to be at the top of the food chain right now, it is culturally important to be able to identify between geeks and nerds. You should know that a geek’s most prized possession is their smartphone and a nerd’s most prized possession is their ticket to the Star Trek convention (and bonus points for knowing that a dork is on the bottom of the totem pole as being the pock marked awkward kids that are short on interests and hygiene).
Geek is chic now, and there are distinct differences between geeks and nerds. Below are two infographics to help you spot the differences and we invite you to tell us in the comments if you are a geek, nerd or neither, according to these charts.
