Vizzda launches unbiased commercial real estate information service

Young startup

Having barely completed their website, fresh startup, Vizzda.com hails from Scottsdale, Arizona and is already poised to disrupt the commercial real estate sector which is dominated by legacy brands.

The company says they were founded on the belief that “excellent data drives excellent decisions,” leading to their creating the Vizzda operating system, “a commercial real estate information service offering real-time market data that is fully researched less than 24 hours from the time of recordation.”

A major advantage the company has that sets it apart is that they never buy, sell or list real estate, which they claim leads to unbiased and conflict-free information about commercial real estate market data.

The company opened new offices in Phoenix this month and is enthusiastically using social networks to publish deals and interact with users. There is no word as to plans for expansion beyond the Arizona market, but we anticipate the demand for growth is there as commercial real estate leaders are thirsting for disruption.

Below is Vizzda’s list of core values which says quite a bit about their organization:

Transparency.
We want to be open and transparent with our clients. We believe that transparency engenders loyalty, trust, and is the foundation of strong relationships.

Honesty.
We seek for relationships that reciprocate honesty. We place an enormous amount of trust in our clients and they do the same for us. We do that because we believe that both have each other’s best interest in mind. We are honest with our clients and expect our clients to be honest with us.

High?touch.
We thrive on our clients feedback. In fact, we believe that our best product ideas have come and will continue to come from our clients. And that happens best when a stong and communicative relationship is built with good clients who can contact us and we can contact them, anytime, and exchange ideas freely.

Fast and accurate.
We want our data to be the fastest in the world but never at the expense of accuracy. We believe that both can be achieved simultaneously and successfully.

Visual.
We want our data to be visually appealing and are always striving for new ways to present complex information simply, intuitively, and visually.

Actionable Intelligence.
At the end of the day, we want our data to be actionable. We want to provide data that is perfect, decision?enabling, that drives our clients to perform better, to think better, and to succeed better.
