After a decade practicing real estate, Curt Ranta founded FlipComp for real estate investors to analyze opportunities for residential real estate flipping with the goal not only of helping investors to locate flip opportunities, but get proper comparables and ultimately make better profits.
FlipComp includes short sales, REOs, probates, wholesale deals and even FSBOs and runs the numbers on what investors should pay for them, including transactional expenses investors must take into account.
The company says it is “connected directly to your local MLS system,” providing life data on market activity and valuation, also allowing users to control and modify comparables to best price a flip for sale. “FlipComp gives you an unfair advantage,” the company proclaims.
FlipComp seeks to give new investors an advantage and aims to save veteran investors time and money.
